At DUVAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
